"I've never experienced having that income like a once a year thing where you choose when to sell something and when the price is right. Oh, I can tell you my first fear was – not having a savings account. I had always lived with having a savings account. But my husband said, 'You need to realize, Honey, that the land is our savings account, that when we put the money into that, it is there. So that's our savings account.' That scared me a little bit, I remember, for a while. But I've gotten used to that – that you just invest and you just let it sit."
