"Foot for foot, I'll bet your lawns are watered much more than our crops are watered. And yet, we get the blame for the lowering of the table, the water table, excuse me. I personally, I am of the belief that things are cyclical. I believe that maybe our water table is going down. Maybe the global warming is going up. But I firmly believe it's a cyclical thing. How can you compare today with something a thousand years ago when you're not measuring it the same way. And they have been able to, you know – you may have some way you can measure what you believe happened a thousand years ago but it's not – you're not comparing apples and apples. I think farmers as a whole do an excellent job of conserving."
