"I think they're checking it out a lot closer than they used to. It used to be, when anhydrous first was so cheap that we just put on a lot of it because the more we put on the better the crop, it seemed like. Now, its more controlled. You go by soil samples [to find out] what kind of fertilizer you need, and how much. So, that's made a lot of difference, too."
